Taken in my studio using 4×5 film. This is a unique photograph using multi-exposures of two different background images from France and Italy, with a German hand-carved wooden smoker suspended in the foreground to give the appearance that it is walking down the street. It was printed and coated in gesso, then hand-painted using thinned watercolor paints for opaqueness. It is hand-framed using museum-quality materials with 99% UV protection and anti-reflection glazing. The outside dimensions are 18” X 22”.
